Pick a tier, or stay free.
Four tiers, all reading from the same engine. Free runs a single agent, no card required. Starter, Pro, and Scale ramp your voice provider’s call volume, workspace count, and how finely you can tune each agent. Annual prepay saves two months on every paid tier.
Open-beta pricing — plans and prices may change as we leave beta.

Adding us never takes you offline.
Pass-through is uninterrupted
Even when redialer.io hits your plan's call cap and pauses new dials, every Retell payload still forwards to your downstream webhook URL exactly as it does today. Adding us never takes your existing pipeline offline.
Usage notifications you control
Set your own thresholds. Defaults at 75%, 90%, 100%. Add 50% if you want earlier warning. We email you, optionally cc your team, and surface the running total in the dashboard.
Prepaid overage credits
On every paid tier, you can buy a credit pack ahead of time. When you exceed your monthly cap, redialer keeps scheduling and dialing, billing overage against your credit balance instead of cutting you off.
Multi-provider, when we ship it
Vapi and Bland connections will land on every tier. Workspace caps still apply, but no tier locks you out of a provider.
A few things worth knowing.
What counts as a “call”?
Your voice provider’s calls, not ours. We meter every call your voice provider (e.g. Retell) handles for your connected agents: inbound and outbound, including calls that pass straight through, not just the redials redialer.io places for you. One call counts once, no matter how many status updates it generates. Calls we reject (an agent you’ve turned off, or one over your plan’s limit) aren’t billed. Your volume resets at the start of each month (UTC).
What happens when I hit my call cap?
On Free, scheduling pauses until next month or you upgrade. On paid tiers, redialer keeps dialing and bills overage against your prepaid credits. Your existing webhook keeps receiving payloads either way.
Do I pay for Retell's call minutes?
Yes, separately, to Retell. Redialer.io schedules and orchestrates; the actual outbound dials go through your Retell account on your Retell trunk, billed at Retell's rates.
What's a “workspace”?
One connected Retell account. If you operate redialer for two clients with separate Retell accounts, that's two workspaces. Each workspace has its own API key, agents, and activity feed.
Can I change tiers?
Up or down anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing anniversary. Workspace count, agent count, and per-agent overrides may need to be reconciled on a downgrade.
What about data after I leave?
On disconnect, we drop all derived state, decryption keys included. Your activity feed history is retained for your plan's retention window, then deleted. Export via API or CSV before you cancel if you want a permanent record.
Running an agency, or need something custom?
Self-serve checkout is live above — pick a tier and you're running in minutes. If you need more volume than Scale, run an agency, or just have questions, tell us about your setup and we'll get back inside a couple of business days.
