§1 What redialer.io is.
redialer.io is callback-scheduling middleware operated
by TONNIC AI Agency Ltd., a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada, operating the redialer.io product (“we”, “us”).
You connect a voice-agent platform you already use
— Retell, Vapi, Bland, Thoughtly — by
giving us its API key. We store the key encrypted,
hold a queue of scheduled callbacks (phone number,
schedule, reason, outcome), and when a callback comes
due we make one authenticated HTTP call against your account on that platform to
tell it to dial.
We are a scheduler and a credential vault. We do not
touch carriers, see recipients, record audio, or
deliver disclosure messages. The platform you
connected does all of that on your account, on the
terms of your agreement with them.
§2 Your account.
Sign up with an email; keep your credentials secret;
you're responsible for everything that happens
under your account. One account per legal entity. We
may suspend or terminate an account that's
inactive, abusive, in arrears, or violating §3
or §4.
§3 What you handle vs what we handle.
Because the actual phone calls happen on your voice
platform under your account, the customer-facing
surface of those calls is yours, not ours.
YOU HANDLE - Your agreement with your voice platform.
- Lawful basis to call the numbers you queue.
- What your agent says on the call.
- Anything a recipient, regulator, or carrier asks about — you're the controller of that data and the party in the conversation.
- Your voice platform being available and functioning — its uptime and errors are between you and them.
WE HANDLE - Holding your API key encrypted at rest.
- Storing your callback queue + outcomes.
- Calling your voice platform's API on schedule.
- The dashboard and the docs.
§4 Acceptable use.
Don't use redialer.io to:
- Do anything illegal.
- Probe, attack, or attempt to break the service (responsible-disclosure on /security is fine).
- Run automation that abuses rate limits or tries to dodge plan caps.
- Submit data you don't have the right to submit.
- Use us in a way that violates your voice platform's acceptable-use policy.
We can suspend access immediately if you do any of this.
§5 Payment.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance,
in USD, via the payment provider listed at sign-up.
Cancel anytime — we don't refund partial
periods unless we've materially failed to
deliver the service. Taxes are yours to handle unless
we're legally required to collect them in your
jurisdiction. If a payment fails, we may suspend the
account after reasonable notice.
We may change pricing for future billing periods with
at least 30 days' notice. You can cancel before
the next renewal if you don't like the change.
§6 What we don't promise + the cap.
The service is provided as-is.
We'll do our best to keep it running, but we
don't guarantee uptime, latency, or that a
particular callback will go out at a particular
second. We don't make any warranty —
express, implied, or statutory — about fitness
for any purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Third-party services. redialer.io runs
on services we don't control — the voice
platform you connect (Retell, Vapi, Bland,
Thoughtly) and the providers we use to operate
(AI/LLM services such as OpenAI, plus hosting, email, and
payments). If any of them is offline, slow, rate-limits
us, returns an error, changes or deprecates its API, or
loses data, redialer.io may be delayed, degraded, or
unavailable — and we're not responsible for
that or for any resulting loss. A callback that fails, is
delayed, or doesn't connect because an upstream
provider was down or errored is not a
breach of these terms. We'll make reasonable efforts
to recover (e.g. automatic retries), but we don't
guarantee delivery when a service we depend on fails.
Liability cap. Our total liability
for anything arising out of these terms, for all
claims combined, is capped at the lesser of (a) the
fees you've paid us in the three months before
the claim, or (b) CAD$100.
That's it. We're not liable for indirect or
consequential damages, lost profits, or the cost of
substitute services.
Indemnity. If your use of redialer.io
causes a third-party claim against us — the
content of a call your platform placed, a regulator
complaint, an issue with the data you submitted
— you'll cover the reasonable cost of
defending and resolving it. We'll tell you about
any covered claim promptly and cooperate with your
defense.
§7 Closing out, disputes, changes.
Ending the relationship. Close the
account from the dashboard whenever you want. We
delete your account data and callback metadata within
30 days of closure, except records we're legally
required to keep (invoices) and backups that roll off
on their own 90-day cycle. Ask for an export before
you close if you need one. We can terminate for
material breach (including non-payment) on reasonable
notice, or immediately for the §4 stuff.
Your data is yours, our software is ours.
We don't sell your data, don't share it
with advertisers, don't train models on it. Your
voice-platform API key is encrypted at rest using
HashiCorp Vault as the KEK with a per-tenant
AES-256-GCM DEK. The software, schemas, dashboards,
and brand assets stay ours; you have a license to use
them for the duration of your subscription, no more.
Confidentiality. Each side keeps the
other's non-public information confidential and
uses it only as needed to perform these terms.
Disputes. These terms are governed
by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to
conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, talk
to us first via our contact form and
we'll try to resolve it in good faith. If we
can't, the courts of Alberta, Canada have
jurisdiction and you submit to that venue. If any
provision is held unenforceable, the rest still
applies.
Changes. We may update these terms.
The effective date at the top reflects the most
recent change. For material changes that disadvantage
paid customers, we'll give at least 30 days'
notice to the account email. Continued use after the
change means you accept it.
